A Jewel of a Century Home
This house with many additions began life, in approximately 1840, as an Ontario Cottage built into the hill with view of the Ganaraska River. The house has had different phases or additions, one about 90 years ago and another 130 years ago, the rest being more recent.
The kitchen which was originally in the lower level is now on top of the lower south extension, providing the more modern and spacious kitchen area we see today.
The final addition is the sunroom and garden/woodshed below with the new entrance to the south. Decks and a porch finish the link between indoors and out.
The Bathroom on the second floor was renovated early 2013 to reflect modern luxuries.
